Bill Holahan, professor emeritus of economics at UW Milwaukee, gave a presentation to the convention on macroeconomics and how the policy priorities that we fight for actually better the lives of working people. Professor Holahan reviewed how investment in infrastructure and workers actually saves on costs and bolsters productivity. “The most fundamental asset of any nation is its people,” Holahan said.
